We provide English learning content and tools, including MissC AI (our AI-powered speaking coach), a weekly WhatsApp Vocabulary Box, an English Speaking Standards E-book, and video courses (some in active development). Founding member access is a paid monthly subscription; the Vocabulary Box is free to join. All content may be changed, expanded, or withdrawn at any time, and we make no warranty that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
Founding member access is billed monthly in advance via Stripe, at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except as covered by the guarantee below.
30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first payment, email us at contact@misscacademy.eu or use our Contact form and we will refund that payment in full. This guarantee applies once per customer to a first subscription payment; it does not apply to credit top-ups, which are non-refundable once used.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry it and email you; your access continues during the retry period and may be suspended if all retries fail. Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice; your then-current price is honoured until you're notified of a change.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, lesson materials, and the MissC Academy name and logo — is the intellectual property of MissC Academy and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy or distribute any content without our explicit written consent.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Language learning results vary by individual effort and prior knowledge; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissC Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
Our website may link to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms. Visiting them is at your own risk.
By creating an account or subscribing to the Vocabulary Box you consent to receive account, receipt, and Vocabulary Box messages from us by email and/or WhatsApp. You may unsubscribe from the Vocabulary Box at any time from within the app. We will never sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be inserted], including GDPR where applicable to EU/EEA users, and, where applicable to users based in Vietnam, Vietnam's Law on Cybersecurity (No. 24/2018/QH14), Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, and the Law on Consumer Protection.
